Medium/Large Lot
This estimated average pricing is for lots roughly a half acre in size. These are typically more spacious urban neighborhoods or suburban neighborhoods but still under an acre.
Lot of Land
This estimated pricing is based on Bi-weekly (16 cut). These homes are typically located in the suburban areas, these are very large lots around an acre or a little below in size.Â
